Uygulamayı kullanmak
Case Room, arkadaşlarınla masada oynanan dedektif vakaları sunar. Uygulamayı kişisel eğlence amacıyla kullanabilirsin. En az 13 yaşında olman gerekir.
Jetonlar
Jeton uygulama içi bir sayaçtır; parası yoktur, nakde çevrilemez, başkasına aktarılamaz ve uygulama dışında hiçbir değeri yoktur. Jetonu ödüllü reklam izleyerek kazanır ya da jeton paketi satın alarak alırsın.
Açtığın vakalar hesabına bağlıdır, cihazına değil: aynı hesapla giriş yaptığın her telefonda kütüphanen seninle gelir. Misafir hesabı hiçbir yere bağlı olmadığı için yalnızca o telefonda kalır.
Hesabını silersen jetonların ve vaka kütüphanen de silinir; bunlar geri getirilemez ve iadesi yapılmaz.
Satın almalar ve iade
Jeton paketleri Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satılır ve ödeme koşulları o mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri de mağazaya yapılır: Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play için Play Store sipariş geçmişi.
Yapmaman gerekenler
Vaka metinlerini, görselleri ve bulmacaları kopyalayıp dağıtamaz, satamazsın; bunlar bize aittir. Uygulamanın kodunu tersine çevirerek jeton ya da vaka elde etmeye çalışmak, başka oyuncuların oyununu bozmak ve odalara izinsiz girmeye çalışmak yasaktır. Bunları yaparsan hesabını kapatabiliriz.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde haber veririz. Soruların için: yesaworks@gmail.com

Using the app
Case Room gives you detective cases to play around a table with friends. You may use the app for your own entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old.
Tokens
A token is an in-app counter. It is not money, cannot be cashed out or transferred to anyone, and has no value outside the app. You earn tokens by watching rewarded ads or buy them in token packs.
Cases you unlock belong to your account, not your device: your library follows you to any phone you sign in on. A guest account is linked to nothing, so it stays on that one phone.
If you delete your account, your tokens and case library go with it. They cannot be restored and are not refunded.
Purchases and refunds
Token packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment is subject to that store's terms. Refund requests go to the store as well: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, your Play Store order history for Google Play.
What you may not do
You may not copy, distribute or sell the case texts, images and puzzles; they are ours. Reverse-engineering the app to obtain tokens or cases, disrupting other players' games and trying to get into rooms you were not invited to are all prohibited. We may close your account if you do.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
